We are excited to announce that Florida's Outstanding Teen for 2011 is Rachel Strever. Rachel competed at the 2011 state pageant as Miss City Beautiful's Outstanding Teen.
She is a Honor Roll Student at Winter Springs High School and takes pride in being very active in her community. She is a member of the Hunnybears dance team at Winter Springs High; Magic Mini and Junior All Star dance team member for the Orlando Magic; and was the first Sunshine Princess to compete in the Outstanding Teen Pageant.

Rachel's platform is Sharing Kindness with Precious Kids and for the past six years, she has volunteered with multiple organizations to benefit children that are ill and living with a life threatening disease. Rachel is excited to bring her platform to the state level and looks forward to her year as Florida's Outstanding Teen.
