Wednesday Night Miss Florida Preliminary Winners

Congratulations to our Wednesday night preliminary winners in On-Stage Interview & Talent!

All 35 contestants kicked off preliminary competition with Group A competing in On-Stage Interview and Talent and Group B competing in Evening Gown & Social Impact Statement.


Miss Orlando Lindsay Bettis was the recipient of the On Stage Interview preliminary award. She is a 22-year-old student at the University of Central Florida from St Augustine, Florida. Congratulations, Lindsay!


Miss University of South Florida Avalon Jade Theisen and Miss Florida Citrus Michaela McLean were the recipients of the Talent award. Avalon is an 18-year-old student at the University of South Florida and performed artistic yoga to "The Greatest Show". Michaela is a 22-year-old graduate of the University of Alabama and performed a lyrical dance to "You Say". Congratulations, Avalon Jade & Michaela!


Tonight's On-Stage Interview award was sponsored by Amber & John Duke. Regalia Magnificent Apparel was kind enough to double their scholarship donation for the Talent award upon a tie being determined. Thank you to our generous sponsors!
